I received a phone call following my order, as I had requested the bottles to be opened prior to despatch due to an issue I had previously where I really struggled to break the seals. The phone call was to confirm that it may take an extra day to deliver my order as the stock needed to be sent to them from the supplier so that it could be opened, rather than despatching straight from the supplier to me. However, the delivery woukd be made via DPD rather than Royal Mail (which was the option I paid for), to reduce the delay. This all happened as advised in the phone call, which is a refreshing change in this day and age, sadly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my liquid and nor would my husband. Excellent product, excellent service and staff, and excellent company.
